Flexible staff and satisfactory breakfast.
The hotel was reasonably clean with free Wi-Fi. The location incredible and perfect to a restaurant in old town. Variety of food in the property, a la carte restaurant.

It was in a particularly good and fantastic location adjacent to a restaurant, the “ water park ” with is a couple of saunas and the beach, veru calm and pleasent area. The breakfast was great for vegetarians and the pool was clean.

stayed at a calm and silent hotel in Parnu during carnival and was pleasantly surprised by Spa Tervis. Loved the spacious and clean rooms, amazing free SPA zone with saunas and swimming pool, and the bonus of prosecco with breakfast. Truly exceeded expectations!

Great location, within easy walking distance of Tallinn Gate. Satisfactory breakfast for the start of the day with champagne and beautiful view, as for instance.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering the bigger, clean superior room with a nice view of the park. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of toiletries in the restrooms.

The check-in process was incredibly slow, resulting in a frustrating wait of 1.5 hours. The room we were given did not match our request for a double bed, instead providing twin beds.
